Bilingual logistics agent – shipping and receiving

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy for all incoming and outgoing parts and equipment
• Lead regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to maintain 100% data accuracy
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, managing PO (Purchase Order), RMA (Return Merchandise), and RTV (Return to Vendor) processes
• Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office to track transactions and respond to logistics communications promptly
• Coordinate Manual Work Orders (MWOs) and operate powered material handling equipment (forklift) safely
• Maintain an organized, compliant, and safe environment in line with health and safety standards

• At least 2 years in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse environment
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced setting
• Valid forklift certification (or the ability to operate material handling equipment)
• Ability to lift/move equipment as needed and a commitment to wearing safety shoes at all times
• High School Diploma required
