Job Description

We're looking for a licensed or provisionally licensed, Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities.

Job Responsibility

Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and English
Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
Provide individual therapy sessions (options for creating groups as well)
Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
Maintain documentation per company policies and timelines

Requirements

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
Clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, MFTA, CSW) or provisional licensure in Kentucky
Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base

Nice to have

Spanish speaking
Experience with Valant
