A well-established Marin County law firm is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join their team onsite in San Rafael. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability for a polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, takes pride in creating a welcoming office experience, and can confidently communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, both in person and over the phone
  • Professionally greet and assist Spanish- and English-speaking clients
  • Answer and route high-volume calls, take detailed messages, and manage follow-ups
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and support day-to-day front office operations
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, document intake, and general administrative support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (professional fluency required)
