Job Description:

We are working with an established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm to find a Legal Assistant to join their team and support their litigation practice on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate written and verbal communications for Spanish-speaking clients (or other languages, as applicable)
  • Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys on plaintiff personal injury cases
  • Assist with case management, document preparation, and file organization
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other parties as needed
  • Support general office operations

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills required, with the ability to assist in translation
  • Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation strongly preferred
  • Candidates with defense-side personal injury or other litigation experience will also be considered
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site full-time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
