Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for commercial lease management and leasing activities
Prepare official documents such as lease offers, addenda, and renewal agreements
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, brokers, and various business partners
Update real estate databases and specialized platforms to ensure the visibility of available spaces
Produce performance reports and tracking charts for the Vice-Presidency’s ongoing projects
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize the executive team's efficiency
Requirements:
A college diploma (DEC) in office technology, secretarial studies, or a recognized equivalent
A minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sector or within a legal department
Advanced proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
A strong ability to learn quickly and natural ease with various software and digital tools
Contagious dynamism and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure
Exemplary rigor and attention to detail when managing complex administrative files
