We are seeking a Learning Associate for an administrative support role within our Talent Development team. This is an ideal position for a junior candidate who wants to coordinate the logistics of small training sessions and ensure smooth communication with our partners.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate Calendars: Schedule meetings and training sessions by managing invitations and participants' calendars
Manage Communications: Send out invitations, reminders, and necessary documents to participants and training partners
Data Management (Excel): Maintain accurate participant tracking lists, update databases, and generate tracking reports using Excel
Support Session Kickoffs: Log in at the start of each session (virtual or in-person) to ensure everything is technically sound and welcome participants
Collaborate with Partners: Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external partners regarding session logistics
Handle Admin Tasks: Maintain records and follow up on post-training documentation
Requirements:
Junior profile (approx. 1-2 years of experience) in administration, office coordination, or calendar management
Advanced Excel proficiency (ability to manage complex participant tracking, use of formulas and databases)
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook for calendars, Word, PowerPoint)
Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
College diploma or certificate in administration, office coordination, HR training, or a related field
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Task by Planner or Power BI
