Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and ensure effective communication in both Korean and English
  • Verify insurance details, collect payments, and confirm the completion of necessary patient documentation
  • Support patient registration and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain efficient workflows and patient scheduling
  • Handle requests for medical records, including scanning, filing, and ensuring confidentiality
  • Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, faxing, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory
