Bilingual Korean Medical Receptionist

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and ensure effective communication in both Korean and English
• Verify insurance details, collect payments, and confirm the completion of necessary patient documentation
• Support patient registration and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain efficient workflows and patient scheduling
• Handle requests for medical records, including scanning, filing, and ensuring confidentiality
• Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
• Uphold patient privacy and comply with healthcare regulations and policies
• Assist with coordinating office operations to ensure a seamless patient experience

• Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front-office role within a healthcare facility
• Familiarity with oncology or specialty medical practices is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Proficiency in using healthcare systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach to delivering quality service
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient scheduling processes
