Job Responsibility:
Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and ensure effective communication in both Korean and English
Verify insurance details, collect payments, and confirm the completion of necessary patient documentation
Support patient registration and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain efficient workflows and patient scheduling
Handle requests for medical records, including scanning, filing, and ensuring confidentiality
Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
Uphold patient privacy and comply with healthcare regulations and policies
Assist with coordinating office operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front-office role within a healthcare facility
Familiarity with oncology or specialty medical practices is a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Proficiency in using healthcare systems and Microsoft Office Suite
