Job Description

As a Concierge, you will play a key role in shaping a welcoming and elevated experience for everyone who enters the property. You’ll serve as a trusted resource, providing assistance, answering questions, and anticipating needs before they arise.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome guests, visitors, and property personnel in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Deliver a high level of customer service across in-person, phone, email, and digital interactions
  • Create a premium guest experience by offering thoughtful, personalized assistance
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures in accordance with building and tenant policies
  • Confirm visitor authorization and ensure compliance with security and access protocols
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, retail offerings, dining options, events, and surrounding neighborhood resources
  • Recommend services, retailers, events, and experiences that align with guest interests and needs
  • Anticipate guest requests and proactively identify solutions
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and requests throughout the day
  • Provide accurate building information and general assistance to tenants and visitors
  • Escalate building, service, or security-related concerns to the appropriate management contacts
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with building management, tenants, vendors, retailers, and other local partners
  • Support a positive, professional front-of-house environment at all times

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English required
  • Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, front desk, or guest relations preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to answer multi phone lines and provide excellent customer service
  • Customer-service mindset with a warm, polished, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Event coordination or lifestyle service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the local area, including transportation, restaurants, hotels, and attractions, is highly preferred
  • Professional, upbeat, and solution-oriented personality
  • Ability to quickly assess guest needs and provide the most appropriate level of service

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, front desk, or guest relations preferred
  • Event coordination or lifestyle service experience is a plus
