Requirements

  • Practical IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft products (such as Windows 11 and M365)
  • Experience as an information systems staff member at a business company or in IT support/help desk at a foreign company is desirable
  • Requires business English communication skills (reading, writing, and conversational level) and the ability to smoothly collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including those globally
  • Must possess a practical mindset for proactively taking action and resolving issues, coupled with the agility to respond flexibly and quickly to changing work environments
  • Individuals who are proactive, possess teamwork, hospitality, a strong desire for growth, and are eager to acquire new skills are welcomed
