Job Description:

Are you looking for your next step in your sales career? Do you have at least 3 years' experience in inside sales or account management and are you ready for new challenges? We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join an amazing team in Gatineau! The Inside Sales Representative will build lasting relationships with industry professional, assist in realizing projects, and working within a close team.

Job Responsibility:

Taking customer orders by telephone, in person and by e-mail
Quoting and invoicing
After-sales service to ensure impeccable customer retention
Up-selling on incoming calls
Provide an excellent customer service
Build lasting relationships

Requirements:

Fluently Bilingual in French and English
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (all industries)
Experience with order entry software (SAP, ERP, CRMs)
Passion for learning
Customer centric approach to sales
Construction or supply chain experience an asset

Nice to have:

Construction or supply chain experience

What we offer:

Salary between 60k and 65k, depending on experience
Permanent position, Monday to Friday (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.)
