Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual in Spanish Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for an onsite Contract position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages a high volume of calls with confidence, and creates a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome visitors, manage the front desk area, and ensure a welcoming first impression for everyone entering the office
  • Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed
  • Provide bilingual communication support to assist callers and guests clearly and courteously in both languages
  • Maintain organized reception activities by monitoring visitor flow, answering general questions, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely communication and smooth office operations during business hours
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to complete basic administrative tasks, update information, and prepare routine documents as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role
  • Ability to manage a multi-line switchboard or high-volume incoming phone traffic
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including bilingual fluency
  • Detail-oriented demeanor with a customer-focused approach to visitors and callers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work onsite on a part-time schedule through the expected contract duration
