We are looking for a Bilingual in Spanish Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for an onsite Contract position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages a high volume of calls with confidence, and creates a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors, manage the front desk area, and ensure a welcoming first impression for everyone entering the office
Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed
Provide bilingual communication support to assist callers and guests clearly and courteously in both languages
Maintain organized reception activities by monitoring visitor flow, answering general questions, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely communication and smooth office operations during business hours
Use Microsoft Office applications to complete basic administrative tasks, update information, and prepare routine documents as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role
Ability to manage a multi-line switchboard or high-volume incoming phone traffic
Strong verbal communication skills, including bilingual fluency
Detail-oriented demeanor with a customer-focused approach to visitors and callers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Availability to work onsite on a part-time schedule through the expected contract duration
