Job Responsibility

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers from kickoff to go-live
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey, building trusted customer relationships
  • Configure Yotpo solutions and guide customers through setup, integrations, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience
  • Drive customer adoption, manage project timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2–5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and guiding customers through technical or product adoption processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer onboarding, integrations, APIs, or technical implementation projects
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, customer retention, loyalty, reviews, or SMS marketing solutions
  • Relevant project management certifications or training
