Job Description:

The Bilingual HR Manager oversees all human resources functions within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, supports plant leadership, drives employee engagement, and maintains a safe, productive, and positive workplace culture. The HR Manager is responsible for staffing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance—while partnering closely with operations, quality, safety, and senior leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage payroll processing and changes, job classification, and compensation reviews
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee questions
  • Partner with finance to ensure accurate HR recordkeeping and reporting
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and extend job offers
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Coordinate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures
  • Participate in investigations related to employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and thorough resolution
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity
  • Provide exposure to various HR functions to foster professional growth and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • +5 years in HR, preferably within manufacturing or distribution
  • ADP Work Force Now highly preferred
  • Strong Excel experience is highly preferred
