Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing human resources processes and ensuring seamless employee experiences. This role requires exceptional bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, along with expertise in HR administration and employee relations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Oversee benefits administration, including educating employees on their options and handling enrollment processes
  • Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations
  • Conduct benefit orientation sessions to ensure employees understand available offerings and policies
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining strict confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English for HR communications and documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources administration, including onboarding and employee relations
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and the ability to explain options clearly to employees
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
