Job Responsibility:
Serve as a go-to resource for employees, supporting day-to-day HR needs
Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement efforts
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment efforts including screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workplace culture
Requirements:
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
Comfortable working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
