We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a diverse and growing workforce. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and leadership, managing core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and visa/immigration processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leverages systems like SuccessFactors to drive consistency, compliance, and data-backed decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across the organization
Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
Administer and support visa and immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, TN, OPT, PERM coordination with legal partners)
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and immigration regulations
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and advising leadership
Maintain accurate employee records and reporting within SuccessFactors
Assist with performance management cycles, compensation changes, and HR initiatives
Partner with recruiting and leadership to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding experiences
Drive HR process improvements and standardization across teams
Requirements:
3–6+ years of HR Generalist experience
Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Hands-on experience managing visa and immigration processes (H-1B, TN, OPT, PERM, etc.)
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
