We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to the table. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and addressing concerns
  • Oversee benefits programs such as 401k management and health benefits
  • Support recruitment efforts by handling sourcing, conducting interviews, and managing employee orientation
  • Assist in employee performance reviews and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate reporting and data analysis using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ensure the timely review and accuracy of employee timesheets
  • Communicate effectively with employees and address their inquiries or issues
  • Provide support for HRIS systems like Paychex and related tools
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, including administration and employee relations
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex or comparable platforms
  • Knowledge of benefit functions, including 401k and health insurance management
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal interactions
  • Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
