Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace by managing essential human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong employee relations.

Job Responsibility:

Administer and oversee employee benefits programs
Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce for payroll, benefits, and HR system management
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Address employee relations matters
Support recruitment efforts
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Conduct training sessions and workshops
Monitor and report on key HR metrics
Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational needs

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish
Employee Relations oversight in a previous position
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce
