Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is professional, people-focused, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
  • Help process payroll, timekeeping, and benefits-related documentation as needed
  • Prepare HR reports, track employee data, and assist with compliance activities
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and HR projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in human resources, administration, or a related field preferred
  • MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
