Job Responsibility:
Preparing and sending company-wide emails and communications
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinating team events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
Assisting with benefits paperwork and employee documentation
Helping maintain organized HR files and systems
Jumping in wherever needed to support a tightly aligned HR and operations team
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team-player mentality with a proactive, positive attitude
Someone who takes pride in accuracy and being dependable
Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
