We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual HR Admin to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts. In this contract role, you will play an essential part in supporting human resources operations, focusing on onboarding and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR processes and a commitment to compliance and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
Manage administrative tasks within the human resources department, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
Conduct background checks and verify employment details in compliance with company policies
Utilize HRIS systems to track and update employee information efficiently
Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and regulations in all processes
Provide support to employees and managers by addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other team members to streamline HR workflows and improve operational effectiveness
Assist with preparing reports and presentations related to human resources activities
Monitor and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Participate in special projects as assigned to enhance HR functions
Requirements:
Proficiency in onboarding processes and HR administrative tasks
Experience conducting background checks and managing compliance requirements
Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication skills in both English and a second language
Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices
Previous experience in a human resources or administrative role preferred
