Job Description:

The Bilingual Fulfillment Coordinator contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Bilingual Fulfillment Coordinator performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contributes to administration of care management

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 1-2 years of Microsoft Office technical experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
