Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a standout first impression by greeting guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth—in both English and Spanish
  • Manage a busy, multi-line phone system, confidently handling and directing calls in both languages
  • Keep communication and operations running smoothly by coordinating mail, packages, and courier services (FedEx, etc.)
  • Stay ahead of the game by monitoring office supplies and ensuring teams have what they need to stay productive
  • Coordinate employee apparel orders, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely delivery
  • Provide hands-on administrative support to HR, assisting with daily operations and special projects
  • Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming front office that reflects the company's professionalism

Requirements
