Job Responsibility
Deliver a standout first impression by greeting guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth—in both English and Spanish
Manage a busy, multi-line phone system, confidently handling and directing calls in both languages
Keep communication and operations running smoothly by coordinating mail, packages, and courier services (FedEx, etc.)
Stay ahead of the game by monitoring office supplies and ensuring teams have what they need to stay productive
Coordinate employee apparel orders, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely delivery
Provide hands-on administrative support to HR, assisting with daily operations and special projects
Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming front office that reflects the company's professionalism
Requirements
Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
A people-first attitude with exceptional customer service skills
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
