We are looking for an organized and personable Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Manage multi-line phone systems, including answering inbound calls and directing them efficiently
Perform receptionist and concierge duties to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Translate and communicate effectively in Spanish when required
Support daily operations using Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
Provide assistance with general inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times
Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk coordination roles
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong skills in Excel and Word
Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to translate and communicate effectively
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally
Previous experience in concierge or customer service roles is a plus
High level of attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment
