As a global leader in talent solutions, Randstad is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing team in Markham, Ontario. This is a specialized, short-term contract role, approximately a 7 week term focused on driving engagement for an upcoming major industry event in the Quebec and Ontario market. In this position, you will act as a strategic partner, utilizing your linguistic expertise to bridge the gap between innovative technology and manufacturing leaders. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative within the customer care job category, you will be the voice of our client, conducting outbound outreach to accelerate sales pipelines and identify potential clientele for upcoming events. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in telemarketing or sales-driven customer support who are looking to leverage their French language skills to make a tangible impact. You will work within a supportive, 'all hands on deck' environment where your contributions directly support the success of a premier industry tradeshow.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients specifically within the Quebec and Ontario market
  • Qualify leads and book strategic meetings for Sales Managers to help accelerate the pipeline ahead of key sales cycles
  • Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and potentially Excel to document interactions and manage outreach lists
  • Showcase manufacturing technologies to organizations, connecting them with internal sales teams
  • Participate in initial training and B2B shadowing to fully understand the technology and target clientele
  • Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring professional and empathetic communication in both English and French
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments in a team-oriented, 'all hands on deck' atmosphere
  • Perform all other related administrative tasks to support the event marketing cycle
