Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients specifically within the Quebec and Ontario market
Qualify leads and book strategic meetings for Sales Managers to help accelerate the pipeline ahead of key sales cycles
Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and potentially Excel to document interactions and manage outreach lists
Showcase manufacturing technologies to organizations, connecting them with internal sales teams
Participate in initial training and B2B shadowing to fully understand the technology and target clientele
Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring professional and empathetic communication in both English and French
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments in a team-oriented, 'all hands on deck' atmosphere
Perform all other related administrative tasks to support the event marketing cycle
Requirements:
Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Outreach Expertise: Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation
Technical Proficiency: Comfort using CRM tools like Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel)
B2B Communication: Ability to professionally interact with manufacturing organizations and high-level stakeholders
