In this role, you are a lifeline for military families, turning high-stakes transitions into smooth journeys. Job Responsibility:

  • Main point of contact for members across phone, email, chat, and video
  • Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys
  • Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests
  • Navigate and interpret the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive

Requirements:

  • Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory
  • At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking was key
  • English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec and across Canada
  • Must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since March 2021)
  • High computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain high productivity and attention to detail during peak relocation seasons
