Job Responsibility:

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Fulfill the transactional needs of the customers while supporting company sales force
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM, ensuring all notes are clear for team members who may only speak one of the two languages
  • Assist with administration and operations duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English and French (both written and verbal). You must be comfortable switching between languages mid-shift.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, or hospitality)

  • Excellent active listening skills
