A leading eye care company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a 6 to 12 month contract position with the potential to transition to permanent employment. This contract role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute in English and French to a dynamic and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the eye care industry. If you possess strong communication skills, fluency in French, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply promptly.

Job Responsibility

  • Receive inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 50 per day
  • Provide exceptional customer service in English and French via phone and email
  • Process orders and handle escalations and inquiries
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Achieve key performance indicators and maintain exceptional service on all interactions

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Minimum 2 year of call center experience
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy
