Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a well known automation company in the Mississauga area. This is a permanent, full time position.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customers questions and inquiries via phone, regarding automation solutions such as pneumatics, motors, and sensors..etc
Assist with processing, tracking and tracing orders
Ensure the services are met on time and professionally for all customers
Resolve any customer complaints with empathy, care and a sense of urgency
Input accurate data in the system when placing orders
Navigate the company's catalogue and resources to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience within an office or call center environment
Post secondary education in tech/engineering is a strong asset
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
High attentiveness to detail
Organized, reliable and able to solve issues autonomously
Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment and prioritizing tasks based on urgency
