Then we have the job for YOU! Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in North York. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization. Type: 6 month contract Pay: $24/ hour Hours of Operation: Mon - Friday 12:00pm to 8:00 pm Location: Remote (North York office about once per month) Equipment provided Potential to go permanent

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat
  • Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
  • Reside in the GTA to be able to commute to the office from time to time
