Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat
Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Reside in the GTA to be able to commute to the office from time to time
