We are hiring Customer Service Representative for a well know pharmaceutical company in Oakville. This position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy inbound call center, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering a better customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within customer specifications for company guidelines. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, be respectful, honest & humble, and embrace challenges.
Job Responsibility:
Resolve critical business issues and solve situations related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters
Handle order placement, order status, and customer complaint issues
Deliver work that is well-executed, accurate, and attentive to detail
Use SAP and other Customer Service applications to access customer information, policies, and procedures
Interact with peers, supervisors, and managers to assist with orders and information
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure quick response times of under 24 hours
Requirements:
Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service office environment
Experience with SAP is MUST
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask effectively
