Job Responsibility
Receive inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 50 per day
Provide exceptional customer service in English and French via phone and email
Entering orders in the SAP system at high volume
Process orders and handle escalations and inquiries
Collaborate with healthcare professionals
Achieve key performance indicators and maintain exceptional service on all interactions
Requirements
Fluent in French and English
Minimum 1-2 year of call center/customer service order management experience
