Job Responsibility
Answer and triage incoming inquiries to Amgen Medical Information
Provide medical information responses for routine inquiries with high quality customer service and documents according to internal guidelines
Identify and report adverse events and product complaints within one business day
Process medical information requests (e.g. fulfillment) via email, fax, and postal mail as per internal guidelines
Provide after-hours on call support as needed via department cell phone
Support Medical Information Product Champions with literature searches and complex inquiries
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures including product knowledge, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Must be able to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time
Must be French/English Bilingual

Experience in Medical or Drug Information
Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple tasks
Demonstrated time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed
Practical experience in patient care
Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
