Bilingual Entry-Level Leasing Consultant

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartments
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Explain community features, pricing, and leasing terms to prospective tenants
• Assist applicants with the leasing process and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and resident information
• Support the leasing team with administrative tasks and resident communications
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients and conducting apartment tours
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience is a plus
