Job Description:

With the continued growth of the transportation industry, Scotlynn is seeking a Bilingual Class 1 Driver who would like to expand their career into Driver Recruiting. This is an in-office role based in Quebec, with occasional in-person meetings and travel to hiring events. If you are bilingual (French/English), a natural communicator, and passionate about connecting with fellow drivers, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Attract, network, interview, and hire Class 1 / AZ drivers across Canada
  • Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events
  • Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Represent Scotlynn at trade shows, info sessions, and recruitment fairs

Requirements:

  • Bilingual – French & English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in transportation / logistics industry (Class 1 driver experience preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, and social media recruiting
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
