Job Description:

Our enterprise-level client is seeking a bilingual Data Scientist with python coding experience working within pandas libraries. NLP is a HUGE plus but not needed. This project is to support customer call centers with real time call transcription, including sentiment graphs and call summarization. As a result, NLP experience is a HUGE nice to have, but not as important as Python (pandas) and fluency with Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Data Scientist role (or as a Data Analyst)
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Experience using different data mining techniques such as clustering, regression analysis, decision trees and support vector machines
  • Python (pandas libraries) & SQL (has database experience)

Nice to have:

  • NLP and Large language models (LLM)
  • Prompting experience (prompt engineer), working on programs like ChatGPT (genetic AI)
