Bilingual customer support representative

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails (B2C/B2B)
• Assist with orders, pickups, claims, and product inquiries
• Provide exceptional service in both English and French
• Use internal systems to log customer interactions
• Collaborate with sales, billing, and operations teams
• Contribute to a positive team environment

• 2+ years in a customer service or call centre environment
• Bilingual – French and English, spoken and written
• Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced work
• Strong computer skills (MS Office required
• SAP/IS400 an asset)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Transportation/logistics experience is a plus
