Randstad is looking for an Bilingual Customer Service Support / Inside Sales Specialist to work with one of Canada's Largest Manufacturing Companies of Power Transmission, Material Handling Solutions, and Hand Tools in the GTA! This isn't JUST a company, this is a team of passionate individuals dedicated to making every interaction memorable. Great location in Mississauga, making it easy to commute!

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Direct interaction with customers, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer information - updating information and tracking activity in the CRM database
  • Act as point of contact for clients and handle customer inquiries
  • Be a liaison for customers and other departments

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
