Job Responsibility:
Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Direct interaction with customers, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
Keep up-to-date records of customer information - updating information and tracking activity in the CRM database
Act as point of contact for clients and handle customer inquiries
Be a liaison for customers and other departments
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
