Job Responsibility
Act as the dedicated, omni-channel point of contact (phone, email, chat, video), providing a warm and professional experience for relocating members
Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys, proactively addressing complex challenges and clarifying policies
Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests with high accuracy
Navigate, interpret, and translate the complex Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD) into actionable, easy-to-understand advice
Requirements
Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. You must be able to explain complex financial directives clearly in both languages
To meet federal government security standards, you must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since juin 2021)
At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking and empathy were key
High computer literacy. You are comfortable navigating up to 4 different systems simultaneously while engaging with a client
Full-time, temporary with a strong possibility of permanent transition based on performance
