Job Responsibility

  • Act as the dedicated, omni-channel point of contact (phone, email, chat, video), providing a warm and professional experience for relocating members.
  • Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys, proactively addressing complex challenges and clarifying policies.
  • Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests with high accuracy.
  • Navigate, interpret, and translate the complex Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD) into actionable, easy-to-understand advice.

Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. You must be able to explain complex financial directives clearly in both languages.
  • To meet federal government security standards, you must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since juin 2021).
  • At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking and empathy were key.
  • High computer literacy. You are comfortable navigating up to 4 different systems simultaneously while engaging with a client.
  • Full-time, temporary with a strong possibility of permanent transition based on performance.
