Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls and emails from consumers regarding product inquiries for major household brands
Provide expert technical troubleshooting for small domestic appliances to resolve issues efficiently
Manage warranty claims and process requests for spare parts or replacements
Navigate SAP and Salesforce systems to log interactions and manage consumer data accurately
Track shipments and provide updates on order status to ensure a seamless consumer journey
Resolve difficult or complex consumer situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
Collaborate with internal departments to provide feedback on product performance and consumer trends
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across multiple brand categories, including cookware and electronics
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills in both English and French (oral and written)
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook for communication and Excel for data tracking
Experience using SAP or Salesforce CRM platforms is highly favorable
Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when processing service requests
Ability to translate complex technical instructions into easy-to-understand guidance for consumers
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service or a professional call center setting
Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
Must be available for a full-time schedule within standard business hours
Proven ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality standards
Residency within commuting distance of Scarborough, ON, for hybrid office days
