Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Provide product or service information, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and satisfaction ratings

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
2+ year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good tech support skills with ability to troubleshoot over the call in a timely manner
Comfort working with customer databases and standard office technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
