Job Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet connection (>25mbps)
  • A hardwired connection to your home router is recommended.
