Robert Half is seeking a customer-focused and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support a growing organization in South Florida. Job Responsibility
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person in both English and Spanish
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account information
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company systems
Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on outstanding requests
Perform data entry and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy
Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining quality service standards
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, administrative, or retail environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable learning new software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
