We're looking for a Bilingual French Customer Service Representatives that want to grow and evolve within a company and have a long term career ! - $46,000 Annual Salary - Full time, Permanent position - Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Winnipeg - Strong English and French communication skills - Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening (lived in canada for the last 5 years without any breaks) - Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. Job Responsibility:

Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

Strong English and French communication skills
Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening (lived in canada for the last 5 years without any breaks)
Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
Strong Problem Solving skills
Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
Able to work under pressure
High School Diploma Required

What we offer:

$46,000 Annual Salary

Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
