Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound enrollment services calls and provide accurate, professional assistance
Educate clients on managed care programs and health plan options
Assess healthcare needs and assist clients with plan selection
Support enrollment and disenrollment processes
Review enrollment documentation for accuracy and completeness
Sort and process enrollment and disenrollment forms
Maintain up-to-date program knowledge
Escalate issues or concerns to supervisory staff as needed
Support managed care education and enrollment during high call volumes
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience (strongly preferred)
Customer service experience in a high-volume, structured environment
Ability to complete and fully engage in a rigorous training program
Strong computer skills, including fast and accurate typing
Excellent attendance and reliability, punctuality is critical
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks
Professional communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Candidates must be fully fluent, able to read, write, and speak the designated language
Must provide own equipment meeting technical requirements
