Job Description:

Our manufacturing client in Guelph is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. They specialize in providing industrial products and services that enhance safety, optimize performance, and drive profitability for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong bilingual (French/English) communication skills and a background in customer service looking to join a family-owned industrial company with great benefits. Experience in a sales role is an asset.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate with customers in English and French via phone, email, and online chat
Upsell products or services to drive additional revenue
Provide product information and assist with purchasing decisions
Handle orders, returns, and complaints professionally
Recommend additional products to support sales
Maintain strong product knowledge and contribute to service improvements

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
Must have manufacturing industry experience
Minimum 2 years of related customer service experience
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Sales experience is an asset
