Robert Half is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to support a high-volume service environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
Assist customers with account questions, service requests, and issue resolution
Enter and update customer information accurately in the system
Respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely manner
Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when needed
Track interactions and maintain detailed documentation
Provide clear explanations of services, policies, and next steps
Maintain professionalism and empathy during difficult conversations
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Previous customer service, call center, or client support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
